SUMMER VOLUNTEER PROGRAM 2025
Exploration, Empowerment, and Impact in Action
From April 21st to 26th, 2025, our team hosted an exciting and enriching Summer Volunteer Program in our partner school designed especially for students who had just completed their Class 12 Board Examinations. This transitional phase between school and future aspirations was filled with opportunity, growth, and contribution, thanks to the vibrant and thoughtful design of this unique program.
With 15 spirited students taking part, the week unfolded with hands-on sessions, creative challenges, and meaningful social engagement. The focus was not only on skill-building but also on cultivating a sense of responsibility and innovation.
This summer, our Volunteer Program empowered participants through a series of dynamic and skill-building activities—blending creativity, technology, and social impact, which are as follows:
- Code & Chill
- Website Development Training
- Digital Literacy & Outreach Program
- Research Paper Writing Workshop
- Ink and Impact: Journalism & Newsletter Writing
- Green Campus Project
- Diversity & Inclusion Dialogue
- Resume & Portfolio Building Workshop

Skill Development Program
Equipping Students with Life-Ready Skills for a Changing World
At Interlancy, we are currently developing a Skill Development Program tailored for students in affordable private schools—especially in underserved regions. Slated for launch in early 2026, this program is designed to complement academic learning with essential real-world skills that support long-term success, confidence, and adaptability.
What We’re Building:
Our upcoming module will focus on the following core areas:
- Digital Literacy:
Introducing students to safe, purposeful use of technology, foundational computer skills, and basic digital tools. - Communication & Expression:
Helping students develop confidence in speaking, writing, and collaboration—through activities rooted in listening, storytelling, and dialogue. - Critical Thinking & Creativity:
Nurturing curiosity and original thinking through guided problem-solving, reflection tasks, and creative expression. - Life Skills & Personal Growth:
Enabling emotional resilience, goal-setting, teamwork, and self-awareness through context-based workshops. - Vocational Exposure:
Offering early insight into practical careers and future pathways through curated role-play, demos, and interactive sessions. - Movement & Well-Being:
Promoting holistic development through structured sports and wellness activities that build discipline, coordination, and teamwork.
Why It Matters:
Students in low-income schools often lack structured opportunities to build confidence, creativity, and workplace readiness—skills that go beyond the classroom but shape lifelong outcomes. This program is our response to that gap.
Designed for Affordability & Scale:
- Modular, age-appropriate, and contextual to Tier-2/3 realities
- Can be integrated seamlessly into school timetables
- Built using scalable tools, including AI-assisted content creation
- Aligned with our broader mission to uplift student learning and life outcomes
