Where We Work
Our primary work unfolds in Ayodhya, a Tier-3 district with limited access to quality education. Here, we’ve partnered deeply with schools to uplift entire ecosystems from classrooms and libraries to staffing systems and infrastructure.

1. Student Enrollment & Infrastructure Expansion
- Increased Enrollment: From 2,155 students in 2021 to 2,340 in 2025
- New Land Acquired: 9,500+ sq. meters for school expansion
- Smart Classrooms: 27 rooms equipped with interactive displays, Audio-Visual tools, and teaching aids
- New Units Added: Established a second school under our full management
- Safety & Inclusion: Installed 175+ CCTV cameras, a lift for accessibility, inclusive washrooms, and moved 30% of energy use to renewables
2. Staff Retention, Compensation & Growth
- Revenue Growth: From ₹4.2 Cr in FY 2020–21 to ₹7.7 Cr in 2024–25
- Salary Growth: ₹2.1 Cr in 2021 → ₹3.87 Cr in 2025
- Staff Loans: ₹10.39 lakh in interest-free staff loans
- In-house Talent Pipeline: 20+ interns trained and absorbed into full-time roles
- Event-Led Revenue: The annual Grand Fete generated ₹2.2 lakh in 2024

- Board Excellence: 58 students in Class 10 and 35 in Class 12 scored 90%+
- District Topper: Artika Pandey secured 98.4%, topping Ayodhya & Gorakhpur
